Rajalakshmi Palanisamy Rengasamy is a goal-oriented firmware engineer with over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and testing embedded application software and software development tools. She is skilled at gathering complex requirements and translating them into effective designs and implementations. Rajalakshmi has a proven track record of improving processes while reducing costs, making her a valuable asset to any team. Currently working as a Firmware Engineer at Sasken Technologies Limited, Rajalakshmi is responsible for setting up test environments to run tests for validating platform ingredients and getting involved in the improvement of test scripts. Prior to this, she worked as an Advanced Software Engineer at Siemens, where she developed design specifications for significant features of a feature-rich role-based IDE and implemented MATLAB scripts for exporting and importing models from ESD to Simulink. At Delphi Automotive, she worked as a Software Engineer, where she developed system-level models for source code using Simulink and implemented requests for software modification for the application layer of Engine Control Unit. Rajalakshmi holds a Master of Engineering degree in Embedded System Technologies from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Coimbatore Institute of Technology. Her technical skills include testing, software engineering, and designing. With almost 11 years of relevant experience, Rajalakshmi is a resourceful and dedicated team player with excellent problem-solving and planning abilities. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and has submitted a Record of Invention (ROI) titled Automatic Simulink Model Framework Generation, which was awarded the Meritorious Submission Award by the Global Delphi Patent Review Board.
